I am having trouble with Affinity student license

We have seen a few problems with licensing of the student version of the Affinity products and the cause is not clear. What does seem to fix it is to uninstall and then download and install the latest version from:

https://store.serif.com/en-gb/update/windows/publisher/1/

and try activating again. If that fails please contact dmem-itsupport@strath.ac.uk with the activation code you are using.
