I will be working at some other sites with specific machinery that already has risk assessment material, what should I do in this case?

Any equipment you plan to utilise during the course of DM932 PG Individual Project must be identified and appropriate safe working practices must be documented. If this documentation already exists you must provide copies included with your Risk Assessment form indicating you will comply with these existing documents whilst undertaking DM932 PG Individual Project. The Risk Assessment must be signed by both yourself and your supervisor as part of your Outline Project Proposal Submission.
